On August 12, Deputy Minister Nguyen Danh Huy inspected preparations in Phu Tho for the Lao Cai–Ha Noi–Hai Phong railway, urging close coordination to resolve technical and economic issues, notably around Binh Xuyen, Cao Phong and Viet Tri stations.
